Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or APO?
Yes but only some items can be shipped within our Free Shipping on All Orders program. Please email us and let us know what you want to order and we will tell you if it can be shipped or not. Most case sets cannot be shipped. Items that can be shipped are bulk poker chips and playing cards that fit into flat rate boxes. Some 300/500 Case sets can be shipped.
Do you ship international?
Yes, please contact us for rate on light weight items such as card guards and plastic playing cards.
We recommend using a forwarder for heavier goods such as chips, we will ship to a US forwarder base for FREE!
How fast do you process orders?
Very fast! Within 2-6 Business Hours if not less. Due to our vast selection of poker chips, our supply fluctuates by the minute. Which is why we like to process orders almost instantly as received and get it out the door!
Can I change the denominations on my order?
Once your order is processed, we cannot change or cancel the order. Your order ships from a warehouse that processes thousands of orders a day. We process your orders ASAP to avoid running out of your selected options. If you need to make changes, email us almost instantly after you place the order.
When will my order ship?
Your order will ship in 12-48 Hours after being processed. Though sometimes it can be an extra day if the warehouse is backed up.
When will my order arrive?
Depending on the weight of the order and where you are located, you can expect your order to arrive within 2-5 days.

Light Weight (1-2 deck cards,1 roll chips, card guards) USPS First Class 3-5 Days
Middle Weight (upto 1000 bulk chips, most 300/500 case chip sets,multiple small items) USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Days/Fed-Ex Ground 2-5 Days
Heavy Weight (Case chip sets,table tops) Fed-Ex/UPS Ground 2-5 Days
Tracking says Delivered but I don't have the package?
Check neighbors or building office first. Though this rarely happens, we all know drivers can make mistakes. Please contact the shipper ASAP and give them the tracking number that you receive from us. Contacting us will not help as much as contacting the shippers right away. Usually it is a very minor issue that can be solved within that day when you call the shippers such as your local Post Office or Fed Ex.
Tracking says Package is in my town for past 2 days but still no delivery?
Please contact the shippers ASAP as this usually means they are having trouble finding your address. If the shippers send it back to us, you may be responsible for our S/H costs.
Can I pay extra for express shipping?
Because of the weight of most our items, we do not recommend express shipping. Express options can cost up to 100% of the value of the item your are buying and still not guaranteed timed delivery.
