Covid Update

Following is a note from our 3rd party Fulfillment Center.

"Like other businesses throughout the world, our company has been affected drastically by the COVID-19 pandemic.  Earlier this year we had to resort to having our office staff work remote and re-design our distribution system process flow to accommodate social distancing, limited interaction, and less employees working in our warehouse at a time.  As the number of positive cases locally increase by the day, we are being pushed to the limit by this and other factors.  We are struggling to keep our warehouse operating at anything close to full capacity to handle the increase in peak holiday season orders. Our outbound shipping carriers are limiting the number of packages that can be shipped each day due to shipping capacity constraints.  The supply chain capacity for freight transportation has been strained as well. "

To sum it up, increase in online buisness, and increase in COVID has slowed down all legs of the operation. From warehouse legs, to the shipping carrier legs such as UPS/FEDEX. So please expect delays in your order and you can inquire before you place order if it will make by Christmas or not.

Good news is that many smaller items such as Plastic Playing Cards, Card Guards, Cup Holders, Speed Felts, and smaller orders of most BULK POKER CHIPS(Not case-sets) ship DAILY from our retail store in Dallas, TX.

We do recommend the new Fed Ex- UPS upgrade option to increase reliability. As most free shipping of smaller items ship VIA USPS Post Office and they have also exhausted their tools and are backed up.
